Hello and a very big welcome to hpy studio.
Let me start by introducing myself….
My name is Caroline and I am the founder of hpy studio. As a qualified personal trainer, health coach and group fitness instructor you know you are in safe hands. For me, personal fitness not only keeps my body and mind healthy, it's something that I am passionate about.
My AIM is to help you fall in love with fitness too and to see how easy it can be to implement simple changes into your day to day life that allow you to THRIVE rather than just survive.
So let me start by asking you one question...
Are you ready to have FUN!
First WE are going to discover what type of movement makes you HAPPY ...do you like dancing, lifting weights, breaking a sweat in a HIIT training session? IF you don't like burpees why do them?? There are plenty of other ways to improve your strength the key is finding the ones you enjoy.
Are you more excited and motivated to move with others or do you prefer a more personalised training or health coaching experience. YOU decide!

Last year I took a massive step and tried something new..Caroline encouraged me to try a strength training class. I felt nervous due to some health issues including T1 diabetes and historical injuries. I was also afraid of what others would say... If I could not do all the movements.
After the first class I was so happy because I managed to do a lot more that I expected and I felt great. I felt very motivated to progress and Caroline pushes me in such a lovely way. We are all working hard together
A lot of movements in my daily life are much better now. When we started, I could not go to the floor because of
arthrosis and now I can do this. Even my doctor was astonished to see the progress I made in a few months. This has definitely had a very positive impact on my mobility and for this I am truly grateful.

The past twelve months have been an exciting journey….Caroline has given me the knowledge of how to have a healthier life and the importance of feeding your body the right things. By making small changes I have incorporated more healthy alternatives to what I eat and drink. Unlike other eating plans which I have followed in the past ...T
The past twelve months have been an exciting journey….Caroline has given me the knowledge of how to have a healthier life and the importance of feeding your body the right things. By making small changes I have incorporated more healthy alternatives to what I eat and drink. Unlike other eating plans which I have followed in the past ...THIS ONE WORKS for me.
Our workouts are varied, challenging and always FUN! Every session is different sometimes cardio, sometimes strength training with weights or stretching and core. When we want to celebrate... we even dance!
Now, I see the results… so many good things have happened.
I have lost over 50 pounds in weight and 60 centimetres. I feel stronger and more confident and I love to go clothes shopping.
My new lifestyle is now part of my everyday life… I have developed a new routine, planning my weekly workouts and preparing healthy meals full of fruit, vegetables and protein to take to work. Caroline I am happy to have you and I am excited to continue this journey in 2024

In small group training we take the fundamentals of personal training to a group environment. Each session is completely different and developed exclusively to meet your GOALS!
Functional Training
This FUN class involves exercises that replicate everyday movements emphasising core strength, stability and flexibility. The aim is to enhance your day to day performance and reduce the risk of injury. Not forgetting adding some Happy Healthy minutes to your day!
Zumba Fitness
We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check & check.
Zumba Toning
Those who want to party, but put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define those muscles! The challenge of adding resistance by using Zumba® Toning Sticks (or light weights), helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged!.
